APT Network Upgrade

Dear Cobo users,

Cobo will suspend APT's deposit and withdrawal services 19 October 2023, at 11:30 (UTC+8) to support the APT upgrade. Services will be resumed after the upgrade is complete, and a further announcement will be given when the system is back in service.
