If you forgot your password, please click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
Note that you must first enter an email verification code and a Google Authenticator code for verification purposes. If you no longer have access to either your registered email account or your Google Authenticator, please contact the admin of your organization to reset your password instead.
Step 1: Complete identity verification
Cobo will send a verification code to your registered email. Please input the email verification code and your Google Authenticator code to proceed.
Step 2: Reset your password
Enter a new password. Your new password must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. The password length should be between 8 to 30 characters.
Step 3: Log in using your new password
For security purposes, the withdrawal feature of your Cobo MPC Lite account will be restricted for 24 hours after a password reset.
