ICP Network Upgrade

Dear Cobo users,

Cobo will suspend ICP's deposit and withdrawal services 14 November 2023, at 11:20 (UTC+8) to support the ICP upgrade. Services will be resumed after the upgrade is complete, and a further announcement will be given when the system is back in service.
