Optimism [OPT] network upgrade

Dear Cobo users,

Cobo will suspend OPT deposit and withdrawal services at 08:30 on July 7, 2023 (UTC+8) to support the OPT upgrade. Services will be resumed after the upgrade is complete, and a further announcement will be given when the system is back in service.
