- Please contact your Admin to reset your Cobo Guard. Note that your Admin will need to log in to their Cobo Custody account, head to “Team” under “Settings”, click on the “Reset” button, and then approve this reset request on their Cobo Guard.
- Once your Cobo Guard is successfully reset by the Admin, you can re-download Cobo Guard to your mobile device and then link it to your Cobo Custody account. Note that your Admin will need to approve this request on their Cobo Guard.
- Once completed, the Cobo Guard on your mobile device will take effect.
Note: If you are an Owner or a Signer, you will need to generate a new set of MPC key-shares after resetting your Cobo Guard.
